Love was not only identified on surveillance video, but by an anonymous call to state police, according to a warrant.
Love told state police the "victim" was bothering other customers and his girlfriend, according to a warrant.
State police said in a warrant that surveillance footage shows a woman move over to make room for the victim as he went to sit down at the business. It then shows Love approach him, tell him to get up twice, then try to wrestle him off the bench before the punches came. The punches were visible on the footage, according to a warrant.
