This year, Memorial Day falls on May 27, and for many, this holiday weekend marks the unofficial start of summer. Storrs Farmers Market
When: Saturday, May 25 - 3:00-5:00 p.m.

What: Since its inception in 1994, the Storrs Farmers Market has been a staple for the greater Mansfield community, offering a range of fresh, locally sourced products. Located in front of the Mansfield Town Hall, the market operates every week from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., rain or shine. Convenient parking is available in multiple nearby locations, ensuring easy access for all visitors.

Memorial Weekend + Don’t Forget Dessert
When: Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26
Where: The Quarry Campground, 704 Shenipsit Lake Rd., Tolland, CT 06084
What: If you’re looking for an outdoor getaway, The Quarry Campground has plenty of events for campers over Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, grab a coffee and donut from Indulge’s food truck in the morning, and have the kids stop by the field for a glitter tattoo. On Sunday, enjoy Bake Bake Hooray’s food truck and cocktail cart, along with live music, games and a bounce house.
Mansfield Drive-In Car Show
When: Saturday, May 25 - 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Where: Mansfield Drive-In Theatre, 228 Stafford Rd., Mansfield Center, CT 06250
What: Hosted by CT Modified and UC3, the Mansfield Drive-In Car Show will include trophies, club events and activities for the kids. Pricing is $10 for each spectator car and $20 per show car; a portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities.

Tim Bae At The Funny Bone
When: Sunday, May 26 - 6:00 p.m. (doors open at 5:00 p.m.)
Where: Funny Bone Comedy Club Restaurant, 194 Buckland Hills Dr. Suite #1054, Manchester, CT 06042
What: Comedian Tim Bae is taking his show from the Internet to Manchester! Guests aged 21+ are invited for a night of laughter, along with delicious fare from The Funny Bone’s full bar and dinner menu.
