MIDDLETOWN, CT — A former bar on East Main Street in Middletown has been sold.

According to the online real estate site Zillow, the property at 71 E. Main St. went for $210,000 the day before Thanksgiving.

The mixed-use building dates back to 1900.

When the property went in the market in May, according to Zillow, the asking price was $299,000.

Three residential units are featured on the the upper two floors — a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom, and a three-bedroom.

The commercial space was once operated as a bar/restaurant and consists of a bar area, a main dining room, a kitchen, and a half-bathroom.
