2 Milford Businesses Continue Legal Battle Over Massive Affordable Housing Project
The case for proposed Milford apartment buildings continues for now. A judge had sided with the developer over the city in a recent ruling.

MILFORD-- Two Local businesses are continuing to battle against a proposed massive affordable housing apartment complex in Milford.
The proposed 257-unit apartment building at 460 Bic Drive is drawing opposition, this time from two businesses, The Milford Mirror reports.
Those businesses, MDC Milford Associates at 500 Bic Drive, and Northeast Electronics Corp. at 455 Bic Drive, filed a petition for the state court to appeal a Superior Court's approval of the project, The Mirror reports.

The Planning and Zoning Board voted last year to reject the project but a Superior Court Judge ruled last month against the city and overturned the PZB's denial.
Now the two local businesses are advancing the case to the Appellate Court.
