I am a Milford native who attended Milford Public Schools. I am fortunate to be raising our family here. I am raising our kids Victoria, James, and Nicholas along side my husband James.

Why are you seeking this office?
I am seeking this office because every child deserves access to a high-quality education that recognizes their unique strengths and challenges. I am passionate about advocating for neurodiverse students, ensuring they have the resources, support, and inclusive opportunities they need to succeed.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is building a school system that supports every child’s success. I will work to make our schools more inclusive, transparent, and responsive so that our entire community benefits.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
The difference between me and other candidates is that I bring both a passion for education and a specific focus on inclusion. I see parents as true partners, teachers as leaders in the classroom, and students as individuals with unique strengths. My approach centers on listening, collaborating, and turning community concerns into action.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
I will work to support our teachers, improve school safety, ensure transparency with families, and promote academic excellence. Strong schools depend on strong communities, and I want to ensure every decision we make reflects that.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I have taken on leadership roles in our PTA/PTO where I helped organize events that strengthened connections between schools and families. I know how to collaborate, solve problems, and keep students at the center of every decision. These experiences have prepared me to serve effectively on the Board of Education, where I will continue working to make sure every child can thrive.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Never stop fighting for what’s right, even when it’s hard.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I want voters to know that I see education as a partnership between families, teachers, and our community. I will always listen, be accessible and work to make sure your voices are heard in the decisions that affect our schools.
