First Annual Luau Block Party In Devon: Here's What You Need To know

MILFORD, CT — A Luau Block Party is coming to the Village of Devon in Milford, and everyone is invited.

The village of Devon Business Council and Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce are organizing the first annual Luau Block Party on June 24 at 2 p.m.

At the Luau Block Party, a kid fest will include a petting zoo, pony rides, a bounce house, arts and crafts, and many more family-friendly activities in the Bridgeport Flyer Diner, 249 Bridgeport Ave. parking lot.

A treasure hunt will be taking place throughout the day. Luau goers can stroll from store to store and get their maps stamped. Once the map is completed with all the stamps, they will be placed in a drawing for a grand prize.

The Luau Block Party will transform into a music venue in the afternoon from The Devon Lot at the Corner of Osmond Street and Bridgeport to 156 Bridgeport Avenue. School of Rock kicks off the music, followed by a Mariachi band. The music event will end with the featured band Hawkins as they rock the night away with their modern and retro rock and roll blend.
