Mexican Cuisine Now Featured in Milford's Downtown

Danny Wilhelm, a Milford resident and owner of Los Cabos Snacks & Go, along with his wife Yessica, said he and his wife searched around Milford for a spot to open their business. He said they were excited to find a downtown location, the Milford Mirror reports.

The eatery serves all kinds of Mexican-style food. The reviews on Yelp have been very strong.

Karen S. of Milford wrote, “Great Food. Everything is made to order and you can tell there is love in the food. Awesome young couple working a family establishment. Please support them. It is worth the stop. I had the taco plate and their empanadas.”

Michael D. of Milford wrote on Yelp, “Solid choice in downtown Milford for a quick bite. We wanted to check it out as it was the newest addition to the area. We placed our order inside and waited outside for the food to come out. There are a lot of options and you get to choose what gets put on the tacos (i.e. lettuce, sour cream, etc.), I appreciated the customization option.

We got a surprise complimentary tamale while we waited which was really nice. I got a plate with three tacos - one with spicy beef, one with spicy pork, and one with chicken. I really liked the spicy choices - the beef more than the pork but both were great. The chicken was good but the extra flavor of the spicy ones really made the dish pop. The sides were nice to have with the taco plate and I left full for a reasonable price.”

Los Cabos Snacks and Go is located on 30 River St. They are occupying the establishment where Brats on a Bun used to operate.

Some of the food served includes: breakfast items like Huevos a la Mexican; and lunch and dinner items such as tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, frozen drinks and more, the Mirror reports.

According to Los Cabos Snacks and Go Facebook page, they also serve smoothies and stay open late.
