Middletown Health Department Offering Narcan, QPR Training

MIDDLETOWN, CT – Middletown Health Department is offering two training opportunities to the community.

The first is a Narcan Training at the Russell Library on Aug. 16 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The second training event is QTR training on Sept. 26 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Russel Library.
