Milford Church Holding Bone Marrow Registry Drive for Sick Teen

A Milford church is holding a bone marrow registry drive to aid a sick teen.

MILFORD--One Milford church is hoping the community will come out to help a sick parishioner.

St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Milford is holding a bone marrow registry drive in hopes of finding a match for parishioner Warner Dixon. The 18-year-old college freshman has a rare blood disease and needs a bone marrow transplant, The Milford Mirror Reports.

The drive is being held on Sunday, May 15, from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 71 River Street, Milford, acccording to The Mirror.
