Why start a business in this town?
We live in Milford and absolutely love the town. Since moving to Connecticut in 2007, we’ve only lived in Milford and wouldn’t change that for anything.

Briefly, what business are you in?
We are a digital marketing agency that helps small and medium sized businesses adapt to changing online world. Business moves at light speed and the online space moves even faster, so we help businesses keep pace.
What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Finding our “sweet spot” was the most difficult challenge. When we started out as an agency there was some expectation that we should provide all services including print/radio/tv advertising. While we are able to do that, that is not where our strengths lie and in the beginning we tried to do all of that. We’ve since discovered that we love the digital space and our passion shines through in our work.
What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
We work with a real estate broker in New Haven and have been working with her for a couple of years. Just this March we opened up Google and typed in her keywords that we had been targeting and discovered that her site was now the #1 search result, even beating real estate giants like Zillow and Realtor.com. That was a pretty special moment for us.
How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
We are always looking for ways to give back and what we’ve found is that charitable organizations have a major challenge with building a presence online because that is typically not where budgets are spent. We make it our goal to build one website a year for a charity that we genuinely believe in and is doing good work in our community.
On a more regular basis we offer a #15minutefavor which allows any small business/non-profit the ability to ask us for a quick favor in the digital space, whether it be to create a cover photo for their Facebook page or review their site to see if it is mobile-friendly or anything in between.
