Milford Welcomes World of Beer

MILFORD--Beer lovers have a new haven to flock to in Milford.

World of Beer opened its newest location in Milford on April 25 and local craft beer fans can now visit the national chain's new shop in the Connecticut Post Mall, according to its Facebook page.

The bar and restaurant offers over 500 varieties of craft beer, live music, entertainment, and a tavern style food menu, according to its website.

The Milford franchise teamed up with breweries around Connecticut, including Two Roads Brewing Co. in Stratford, in order to feature local beers from local breweries, The Connecticut Post reports.
