Pet Adoption Event Taking Place in Portland
The event will take place on Saturday, May 7. Furry Friends Foster & Rescue., Inc. of Milford is a participant.
A pet adoption event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at 285 Brownstone Ave., Portland.
Everyone is asked to bring a pet-related item to be donated to the participating organizations. Pet Sponsor Cavanaugh and Company will be covering part of the adoption fees for the first six pets adopted from the event.
The adoption event will feature:
- Furry Friends Foster & Rescue., Inc. of Milford
- Cat Tales, Inc. of Middletown
- Brass City Rescue of Middlebury
- Ruff Start Happy Tails of Hartford
- Companion Pet Rescue of Branford, Southbury and Southington
- Our Companions Animal Rescue of Manchester
Treats will be provided by NoRA’s Cupcake Company and Oma’s Pride Pet Food.
