July 13

• An attempted theft of cooking oil from Lasse’s Restaurant was reported, police said.

July 14

• A victim was placing items in their vehicle in the PETCO parking lot when a suspect attempted to snatch their purse from a vehicle, police said. The victim resisted, and the suspect exited the vehicle and punched them in the face. The suspect fled. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
• A vehicle was stolen from Woodmont Road and recovered unoccupied in Orange, police said.

July 15

• A vehicle was stolen from Centennial Drive and recovered unoccupied in Plainville, police said.
• A man and woman were charged with shoplifting that turned into a robbery at Macy’s when the man pulled a knife, police said. Both were located a short distance away. Parole issued a remand to custody order for the man, police said.

July 16

• Officers responded to a suspected overdose at Hawley Avenue residence. A man was found deceased, police said. A woman was revived with Narcan by the Milford Fire Department and is seeking treatment at a local hospital, police said.
• A man was charged on an active warrant from a DUI incident in March, police said.
• A man was charged on an active warrant for VOP, police said.
• A woman was charged with shoplifting at Target, police said.
• A theft from a vehicle on High Street was reported, police said.
• Officers responded to a suspected overdose at Knollwood Avenue residence. A woman was revived with Narcan by Milford Police Department and is seeking treatment at a local hospital, police said.

July 17

• A man was charged following a domestic violence incident on Admore Road, police said.
