Stabbing Reported In Milford, Police Say
The accused called dispatchers to inform them that he was planning to go to the Police Department, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A man has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Milford on Friday, police said.
Police responded to 41 Salem Walk on the report of a stabbing on Friday evening. Police said they found one man suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound to the upper abdomen.
While on scene, dispatch received a call from Adonis Jenkins, 24, of Milford informing dispatchers he was on his way to the Police Department as he was involved in a confrontation with the male victim at Salem Walk, police said.

Officers were able to locate Jenkins prior to his arrival at Milford Police headquarters and took him into custody without incident, police said. Jenkins was charged with first-degree assault, assault of an elderly person and breach of peace.
He is currently being held on $150,000 bond. The victim remains in treatment at an area hospital, police said.
