Top Milford Schools Administrator To Depart District
The move from Milford Public Schools to another district will be at the end of this school year.

MILFORD, CT – Assistant Superintendent of Schools and Learning Dr. Amy Fedigan announced she is leaving Milford Public Schools.
In a letter to the Milford Public Schools Community, Fedigan announced that she’s been selected as Assistant Superintendent for Darien Public Schools.
Kathy Bonetti, MPS communications director, confirmed that Fedigan has accepted the position at Darian Public Schools.

“I’m excited for this new beginning for me,” Fedigan wrote in the letter. “Which promises to be an opportunity for growth and new challenges- which parallels exactly what I have strived for and continue to want for all of Milford’s children, families and staff,” Fedigan wrote in the letter.
Fedigan said she will complete her professional duties to the Milford Public School system at the end of this school year.

“I’m so proud to have learned and served alongside our talented staff who have taught me more than words can express about teaching and learning as well as the art and science and head of heart of our important work,” Fedigan wrote in the letter.
Fedigan said she’s served in the public education system in her hometown of Milford for 25 years.
“Each and every day as an education in Milford Public Schools, I recognize how blessed I was able to serve in my community, where I grew up and attended school, and where my parents, grandparents and great grandparents called home,” Fedigan wrote in the letter.
