Vehicle Crashes Into Bank In Milford: Milford Fire Dept.

MILFORD, CT – Adam Hansen, Milford Fire Department PIO, said firefighters responded to a report of a car hitting a building Monday afternoon.

Hansen said around 4:40 p.m. on Monday, July 3, the emergency operations center received a 911 call for a report of a car hitting the M&T Bank at 1636 Boston Post Rd.

Hansen said when fire department units arrived, they saw a single SUV-style vehicle had crashed through the building’s exterior plate glass windows.

Hansen said there was no obvious structural damage sustained to the budling, however, a representative from the building was called to verify.

Hansen said no injuries were reported by the occupants of the vehicle.
