2-Week Paving Project To Impact Monroe Traffic
The Town of Monroe is announcing potential traffic delays due to area road work over the next two weeks.
MONROE, CT — From Monday, Aug. 22 through Friday, Sept. 2 area drivers should expect delays in the area due to a two-week work project around town, according to the town's website.
Mowing will continue all over town in unspecified areas and drivers are asked to use caution and slow down when driving around work zones. Lawn curbing, street sweeping and catch basin repairs are also planned.
Paving will be done on Bagburn Road, Turkey Roost Road and Walnut Street. Regrading and calcium chloride application will take place on various dirt roads around town as well. For more information on this two-week project, click here.
