A National Day of Prayer at the Town Gazebo Thursday
Monroe residents are welcome to pray together in the Town Gazebo on Fan Hill Road.

Monroe residents will participate in the National Day of Prayer inside the gazebo on the Town Green, at the corner of Fan Hill Road and Route 111, this Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. Proceedings will be led by local clergy.
On April 17, 1952, President Harry S. Truman signed a bill proclaiming a National Day of Prayer must be declared by each following president. The annual day of observance is held on the first Thursday of May.
