Construction of the new facility for Compounded Solutions in Pharmacy, LLC, at 810 Main Street may open up an opportunity for another business to operate in town. The pharmacy plans to lease 1,600 square feet of space upstairs.
Michael Roberge, R.PH, owner of Compounded Solutions looked at the 14 windows in the large open room last week and said, "There's a lot of natural light. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon it's beaming in here."
The entrance to the building is in the back, facing away from busy Main Street. Just beyond the entrance, a door to the right leads to a staircase for the second floor.
There is a total of 30 parking spaces.
"We seldom have more than one customer at a time in the lobby," Roberge said. "There's no front store. I only need two spots and after my staff there are 25 spaces left over."
