Help Wanted: The Rustic Grille Needs Waitstaff

The Rustic Grille at 494 Main Street is now open on Monday's, so it's looking to add experienced waitstaff, preferably someone to work part-time, though a full-time position is a possibility.

"They need to have experience working in a fast paced environment," co-owner Sandy Katzas said of good candidates. "They also have to be customer service oriented."

Kantzas said The Rustic Grille's waiters and waitresses have to be able to multitask and be team players, helping each other out.

John Kantzas, who owns The Rustic Grille with his wife Sandy, said interested candidates should not call them on the phone and should just come into the restaurant to apply.

Kantzas said a server can expect to work 20 to 24 hours a week.

The Rustic Grille's hours are Monday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.
