On Monday, at 7 pm, in the Council Chambers of the Monroe Town Hall, the Council will be hosting an informational session on The Honeywell project and what it will do. After this session, at 8 p.m. we will have our regular town council meeting. On Tuesday, you, as taxpayers, will receive two ballots when you vote. One will be for the 2013-2014 budget and one for the Honeywell project. I decided to do both the same day to save the $7,000 that another referendum would cost if they were done on two different days.
