A woman who was working as a volunteer during a game at Beardsley Field on June 26, told police someone stole her seven-year-old daughter's Kindle Fire after she set it down at the food stand.
The woman reported the theft on July 7, after first calling other parents and coaches asking if they saw her daughter's Kindle, police said.
