Masuk's Robotics Team Raising Funds for World Championships

MONROE, CT — A group of students passionate about robotics is working to raise money to test their skills at the world championships, and the team needs your help. A gofundme page has been started by William J. McDonough in order to help cover the costs for three of the program's teams to compete at the VEX Robotics World Championships in Kentucky from April 19-22.

The costs for the trip is expected to exceed $20,000, according to the page.

The Masuk Robotics Program has 11 high school and middle school teams with over 100 members. Three of the teams were finalsts in the Southern New England Championships, and have qualified to attend the Kentucky championships.
