The windshield of a 2006 Chevy Cobolt parked on Round Hill Road was smashed sometime overnight, according to a report on Aug. 19. Nothing inside the vehicle appeared to be disturbed, according to police. There have been a string of similar incidents of late. Police responded to two complaints of <a href="https://monroe.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/window-bashings-on-swendsen-dr--porters-hill-rd" rel="nofollow">smashed windows of vehicles</a> on Swendsen Drive on Aug. 14, then to another incident on Porters Hill Road four days later.
