TANNERSVILLE & PALMERTON, Pa. – Two of the Poconos’ premiere resorts, Camelback Resort and Blue Mountain Resort, are offering special Thanksgiving dining options this year. Camelback Resort in Tannersville invites guests to enjoy a holiday buffet featuring a wide selection of seasonal favorites. Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton is offering a traditional Thanksgiving Feast Package with To Go options, providing a convenient way for families to celebrate at home without the preparation and cleanup.

Bountiful Thanksgiving Buffet at Camelback Resort’s Hemispheres Restaurant
Thursday, November 27, from 4 to 10 p.m.
At Camelback Resort, Hemispheres’ Thanksgiving menu offers options designed to appeal to guests of all ages. Starters include a salad bar with pecan pear spinach salad, couscous salad, shrimp cocktail, fresh fruit and vegetable display, a meat and cheese board, autumn pumpkin chili, and minestrone soup. Appetizers feature mozzarella bites, beef Wellington, cauliflower wings, and arancini balls.

A Mac & Cheese station allows children to customize their dishes with toppings such as bacon, ham, crab, mushrooms, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese. The Carving station serves beef tenderloin and herb-butter roasted turkey. Other entrees include chicken pot pie, butternut squash lasagna, and roasted salmon with sundried tomatoes.

Side offerings include candied yams with marshmallows, traditional stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and sausage cornbread casserole. A dedicated kids’ station features chicken tenders, corn nuggets, and cheese pizza, alongside a gluten-free table. Desserts include pumpkin pie, fruit tarts, tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, and banana pudding.

Thanksgiving Dinner To Go from Blue Mountain Resort’s Slopeside Pub & Grill
Pick-up To-Go orders is Wednesday, November 26 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Blue Mountain Resort’s Slopeside Pub & Grill is offering a Thanksgiving To Go package, providing a convenient, chef-prepared holiday meal for hosts who want to skip the planning and preparation. The ready-to-heat dinner serves four to six people and can be picked up the day before Thanksgiving, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The menu includes a choice of turkey breast or sliced ham, along with gravy, rolls, maple butter, and cranberry sauce. Guests may select four sides from rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, marshmallow candied sweet potatoes, French bread stuffing, green bean casserole, fire-roasted corn with poblanos, maple-glazed carrots, or baked mac and cheese. Desserts include apple cobbler and pumpkin pie. Additional sides are available a la carte to complement the package.
