CAMELBEACH OFFERS LATE SUMMER THRILLS WITH RACES, MERMAIDS AND DOCKDOGS®

Press release

TANNERSVILLE, Pa. – Camelbeach, Pennsylvania’s largest outdoor waterpark, is keeping the summer fun going strong through Labor Day, September 1, with exciting attractions and special end-of-season events for families, thrill seekers – and even dogs.

Recently named one of the “24 Best Water Parks in the U.S.” by U.S. News & World Report, the park features 37 waterpark slides and rides, a lazy river, Olympic-sized pool, waterfalls, geysers, 10 eateries across the park and mountain and amenity-stocked cabanas for all-day relaxation and fun in the sun.

Every weekend guests can test their skills during Rival Racer Competitions held Fridays through Sundays from 1 to 2 p.m. Participants compete for an hour for a chance to win prizes, including swag bags, food coupons, T-shirts and sunglasses.

Friday Fireworks are scheduled weekly through Labor Day weekend. The displays begin at dusk and are visible throughout the waterpark.

Families can enjoy a splash of fantasy at a Mermaid Meet and Greet on August 30 and 31 from 12 to 4:30 p.m. where guests can interact and take photos with enchanting mermaids.
