ID Of Man Killed By Falling Tree Released: Naugatuck PD
The man stopped his car to move branches from the road when the tree fell on him during Tropical Storm Isaias.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A man was killed after a tree fell on him during Tropical Storm Isaias, police said. He has been identified as Raymond Schultz, 66, of Naugatuck.
Naugatuck police said the Schultz was in his vehicle in the area of Andrew Mountain Road and Red Maple Court at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday when he got out to remove fallen branches from the road.
While moving the branches, a tree fell, striking and killing him, police said.
