Naugatuck Animal Control Investigates Case Of Abandoned Kittens
A social media post claimed the kittens were left in a dumpster on Spring Street last week.
NAUGATUCK, CT β A social media post that claimed that three kittens had been left in a dumpster in Naugatuck has resulted in Naugatuck Animal Control opening an investigation, but so far not finding the animals.
The post last week on Facebook said the kittens were left at a housing complex across the street from Naugatuck Police Headquarters on Spring Street "by someone with an older green Subaru Legacy wagon 2000-2004."
In its own Facebook post, Naugatuck Animal Control said members went to the site, but has "not and did not receive a formal complaint" about the incident, but the kittens were not found.
