Naugatuck Police To Participate In 'Click-It Or Ticket' Campaign

According to Naugatuck police, the campaign reminds drivers and their passengers of the importance of buckling up and wearing a seatbelt.

NAUGATUCK, CT — As summer kicks off and families hit the road for vacations, state and local law enforcement are reminding drivers to buckle up.

According to a news release provided by Naugatuck police, the national seat belt campaign aimed at enforcing seatbelt use to keep families safe will take place May 15 through June 4, concurrent with one of the busiest travel and holiday weekends of the year.

No matter what type of vehicle you drive, one of the safest choices drivers and passengers can make is to buckle up, according to police.
