Dom’s greatest joy was his family. Huge family gatherings for various occasions and holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Easter. Conversations and laughter brought him so much joy. His precious granddaughter Charlotte was the apple of his eye. Being with his pups Abby and Lacey surrounded by his loving family brought him comfort in his long illness. His contagious smile was always evident and brightest when in the presence of his family and friends. Dom was a man of great faith dedicated to God and his family. He leaves a strong legacy of love and dedication to his wife, children, grandchild, family and friends. His love lives on in them all.

Left to cherish his love and honor his memory, in addition to his wife Rosalyn, are his daughter Tiffany Moffo Simpson, her husband John of Stafford Springs and their daughter Charlotte and his son Christopher Moffo and his wife Jess of Waterbury. He also leaves his sisters Lorraine Bell and her partner Pete Bosco of Wolcott, Deborah and her husband Thomas Turner of Prospect and Natalie and her husband Thomas Sergi of Waterbury. In addition, Dom leaves behind his aunt Barbara Genovese of Waterbury and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who are like family.
