STAGE @ THE WARNER PRESENTS
DEATH BY DESIGN
A Hilarious Murder Mystery Comes to Life at the Warner Theatre
TORRINGTON, CT – This fall, the Warner Theatre invites audiences to experience Death By Design, a murder mystery that's as hilarious as it is thrilling. Presented by Stage @ The Warner, this wickedly clever production runs November 7th through 16th in the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre.
What happens when you mix the intricate plotting of an Agatha Christie whodunit with the razor-sharp wit of Noël Coward? Written by Rob Urbinati, Death By Design takes audiences to a 1930s country estate where theatrical disaster meets deadly intrigue. After a disastrous opening night, the Bennetts flee to their countryside sanctuary, but their peace is soon invaded by a collection of mysterious strangers. When one of the guests is murdered, it's left to Bridgit, the feisty Irish maid with a macabre interest in homicide, to solve the crime. Death By Design is more than homage – it's a new classic.
