On September 29, Denise Appel, of Woodbridge purchased a $100,000 Cashword 11 ticket from the Chapel Mini Mart in New Haven won $10,000.

NEW HAVEN — A Woodbridge resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
