On Tuesday, a New Haven resident won $100,000 playing a "$100,000 CA$HWORD" game. The winning ticket was purchased from A F Forbes Inc. in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery. The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record. The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
