The resident won $25,000 on a $1,000,000 Gold scratch ticket that was sold at Best Gas Food Mart at 161 Boston Post Rd. in West Haven, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
