NEW HAVEN, CT — Madison Taylor Clince, 2, has been missing from Scottsdale, AZ and is believed to be in New Haven, police said.

A Black female with black hair and brown eyes has pierced ears and a "green colored birthmark on her lower back/upper buttocks," according to the Scottsdale and New Haven police departments.

It's noted that the child was last seen in early December. It's also shared that there is an "active court order to take physical custody of Madison if she is found," according to New Haven police spokesperson Sgt. Cherelle Carr.
