A New York resident won $15,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Scooters Bar & Grille at 507 Danbury Rd. in New Milford, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
