Dairy Queen To Open New Milford Store Next To Dunkin Donuts
A new Dairy Queen with a drive-thru is planned for a site in New Milford.
NEW MILFORD, CT — A Dairy Queen is planned for a site at 161 Danbury Road in New Milford, according to the Danbury News-Times. Owner of the site Joseph Naples III submitted a site plan modification application for his already approved plans for a proposed restaurant with a drive-thru.
Originally a Popeyes restaurant was going to open at the site, but the new application is for a Dairy Queen. The site is next to a Dunkin Donuts at 163 Danbury Road.
The Dairy Queen store would be the brand's 40th location in the state. Dairy Queen has nearby locations in Torrington and Brookfield.
