Good Eats Restaurant & Bar Opens In New Milford

NEW MILFORD, CT — Good Eats Restaurant & Bar, specializing in American cuisine and traditional favorites, has opened on Kent Road in New Milford, The Danbury News-Times reported. The restaurant opened last week and is owned by residents Edward Maynard and Brian Cabrera.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch is served Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Good Eats' menu includes everything from pork chops and burgers to steamed mussels and tuna tacos.

The restaurant will also feature curated cocktails that use local ingredients, according to The Danbury News-Times.
