Head-On Crash Leaves 6 Injured In Kent, State Police Say

NEW MILFORD, CT — Two people were seriously injured and four others were also hospitalized following a head-on crash, according to state police.

The crash occurred on Route 7 in Kent near the intersection with Bulls Bridge Road on Wednesday at 8:23 p.m.

A 2017 Infiniti QX50 was driving south when it collided with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra going north.

The five people in the Infiniti were hospitalized following the crash. Two of those were flown by LifeStar helicopter to area hospitals for treatment of serious injuries. The driver of the Hyundai was also hospitalized.

State police are investigating.
