Man Spits Blood at Cops in Profanity-Laced Tirade: Report

Officers were called to a pool party when a man swore, said racist slurs and spit blood at them which he said contained AIDS.

NEW MILFORD, CT — Police were called to a New Milford pool party when a man swore at them, called them racial slurs and threatened them with the threat of AIDS after spitting blood at the responding officers, according to a report on The News Times.

Richard Mastrolillo, 43, was charged with felony assault of a police officer after head butting officers at the July 4th pool party, the report said. Police said that Mastrolillo called them the N-word, the F-word and other swear words.

Court records show he was also charged with interfering with a police officer, a misdemeanor, and third degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was released on a $10,000 bond and is next due in court on Sept. 7, 2016.
