New Restaurant With Global Menu Plans To Open In New Milford

An experienced restaurateur is planning to open his newest venture in New Milford.

NEW MILFORD, CT — Sparrow, a restaurant with a global menu, is planning to open around Nov. 20 in New Milford, according to The News-Times. The space at 31 Bank St. previously housed the restaurant Zaragoza, which closed in June.

Sparrow's owner, John Boudreau, opened his first restaurant, Lucia Ristorante, in New Milford in 2006, then opened restaurants in Watertown and New Preston. With Sparrow, he hopes to create a "destination restaurant."
