Skateboarder Seriously Injures Leg In New Milford Crash: Report
The collision occurred Wednesday on Chestnut Land Road, according to authorities.
NEW MILFORD, CT — A 23-year-old skateboarder's right leg was seriously injured Wednesday during a collision with an SUV on Chestnut Land Road (Route 109) in New Milford, reported the News-Times.
The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. northbound, and no other injuries were reported.
According to the News-Times, the skateboarder, who was treated at Danbury Hospital, was issued a verbal warning for reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian.
