Woodbury Resident Among Graduates at Rumsey Hall School
Bonham O'Marra celebrates with classmates at the 124th Commencement
Washington, CT – On Saturday, June 8th, 2024, the Rumsey Hall School senior class gathered to celebrate the School's 124th Commencement Exercises. Head of School Ian Craig addressed the fifty-six graduating students, emphasizing the importance of living life to the fullest and making meaningful contributions to the world. Craig urged the graduates to embrace purpose, service, and higher consciousness as they move forward.
After receiving their diplomas, the Class of 2024, representing fifteen Connecticut towns, five states, and five countries, celebrated their graduation with friends and family. Among the graduates was Woodbury resident Bonham Rocket O'Marra, son of Ashley Kenney and Jason LaPierre, recipient of the Varsity Crew team’s Golden Hammer Award for fastest 2K time. O'Marra will attend Hotchkiss School this fall.
