2 Sandy Hook Victims' Families Won't Get $11M From Town: Report
The families of Jesse Lewis and Noah Pozner were suing the Town of Newtown in relation to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings.
Newtown, CT — The Town of Newtown has rejected a settlement offer from two Sandy Hook families who filed a lawsuit over the deadly school shootings that claimed the lives of their two sons, according to The Hartford Courant.

Six-year-old students Noah Pozner and Jesse Lewis' families sued the Town of Newtown for $11 million and alleged that security precautions at the school were not adequate when the shooter killed 20 students and six educators, the paper reports.
According to The Courant, the town had 30 days to accept the offer, however, the deadline passed this week.
