4 Injured In 2-Car Crash In Newtown
The crash closed Toddy Hill Road while EMS workers tended to the injured.
NEWTOWN, CT — Four were injured in a two-car crash in Newtown Sunday afternoon.
First responders to the crash on Toddy Hill Road found no entrapment, but major damage, and injuries that "ranged from minor to significant," according to a report from Botsford Fire Rescue on social media.
The road was closed briefly while crews and EMS workers from the Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps tended to the injured.

Fire officials also thanked a civilian nurse and paramedic who stopped to help before any responders arrived and stayed throughout the incident.
The crash is under investigation by the Newtown Police Department.
