Bolinsky, Scott to Host 8-30g Housing Policy Presentation In Newtown

NEWTOWN, CT — State Rep. Mitch Bolinsky, R-106, and Rep. Tony Scott, R-112, the ranking House Republican on the General Assembly's Housing Committee, will co-host a presentation on Connecticut's 8-30g affordable housing law and housing policy at the Newtown Community Center later this month.
The event will cover the history of 8-30g, recent changes to affordable housing policy, and pending housing proposals in the 2025 legislative session.
The presentation will take place on Sunday, March 23, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Newtown Community Center, 8 Simpson St.
