Hoaxer Will Plead Guilty to Threatening Sandy Hook Parent, Attorney Says: Report
She was originally sent to plead guilty in March but failed to show up for her court date.

NEWTOWN, CT — It appears the case of a woman threatening the parent of a Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victim may soon finally conclude, reports WFSB. The attorney for Lucy Richards, 57, said in court papers Wednesday that the case will be resolved in a guilty plea.
Richards was originally set to plead guilty back in March, but failed to show up to her Mar. 29 change-of-plea hearing. She was later arrested on a warrant in Tampa, Florida.
She is accused of sending death threats to Lenny Pozner, the father of 6-year-old Noah Pozner who was killed on 12/14. Richards allegedly sent the threats to Pozner, who now lives in Florida, because she thought the shooting was a hoax.
