NEWTOWN, CT — A Waterbury man was charged with driving under the influence at the intersection of Berkshire and Toddy Hill Roads on April 15, according to Newtown Police.
Vincent Mucci, 53, was arrested after police went to go check on a broken down car in the intersection at 10:49 p.m.. Police say a short investigation at the scene led to Mucci's arrest.
He was charged with driving under the influence, released on a $400 cash bond and is due to appear on May 2 in Danbury Superior Court.
