How did you come up with the name?

Came up with this name to show how thorough my company cleans.

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?

It’s a home office.

Briefly, what business are you in?

Janitorial.

What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

The most difficult challenge is committing to a busy work schedule that is seasonal and multiple responsibilities as a owner.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

Budgeting money can be difficult.

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

Being in business for 20 years since 1994. Also seeing a customer very satisfied after completing a job.

What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?

Using micro fiber rags for stain sensitive windows.

How do you deal with difficult customers?

Give them special attention.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

Raffling services at a discount through local church.
