Newtown Woman Faces Assault Charge After Altercation
The following arrest information was supplied by the Newtown and State Police Departments. It does not indicate a conviction.
Casey Day, 22, of Newtown, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace following an altercation near Hawleyville Road in Newtown on July 4 at approximately 11:46 p.m.
Day was released on $500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on July 5.
